Group Training
$79 a Month
Month-to-month and no contract. Group size in attendance per call is anywhere from 5-50 agents.
Individual Performance Training
Individual performance training is designed for the already active agent in the 8-15 transactions a year range and we start with a business assessment. From here I look to find ways to add at least 100k to your existing annual commissions. Expectations are increasing production to 20+ deals placing you in the top 1% on Treb. I construct a customized business plan that lays a clear and fast-track path towards larger commission with results often in the first month. Individual performance training focuses on systems and high-level sales communication and provides a level of accountability and organization that more active and successful agents need to get to the next level. I routinely transition agents from the 120k-200k commission range to the 400-600k commission range. Individual performance is customized for each individual because every agent’s business, personality and behaviour is different and focus is on executing a business plan with a highly predictable outcome. Results are immediate.
$650 a month (4 sessions)
16 sessions are recommended but individual training is offered month-to-month so agents are not locked in a long-term contract.
Field Training
Ideal for newer agents or lower production agents who still do not have a great deal of experience or expertise. Train on the job and get paid. You work so hard to finally secure a meeting but then are not confident you will be the agent selected. I work with you to prepare for in-person presentations and accompany you on the actual presentations as a member of your team. I have participated in over one thousand buyers and listing appointments with an estimated closing rate of over 90 percent. I help you prepare for the meeting, accompany you on the appointment as a part of your marketing team (you are the agent) and help you secure the signed buyer and seller contracts. Once contracts are signed, I provide you with continued support including during the negotiation process and work with you until you have a firm deal(s). I provide tips and constructive feedback on your sales communication throughout the entire process of working together so you learn and train on the job while making commission. Agents always learn quickly when working on a deal and as a member of your team you have a much higher probability of securing the client regardless of your current level of experience.
No transaction= no training costs
Ideal for agents that learn better by doing and earning commission and want to ensure their meetings translate to signed clients and deals.
Role Play Studio On-Site
Ideal for a group of 6-10 agents a session is usually on-site at the brokerage and is approximately 3 hours long. Role play converts your sales communication into action. You can understand what you should say but it often does not come out in dialogue as intended in the field costing you client conversions and commissions. One of the most effective training techniques to improve field performance. Role play sessions focus on one particular prospect interaction. Securing signatures for agreements, negotiating commission, door farming and open house conversions are just some of the situations we rehearse.
$750 for a 3 hour session
Maximum 10 participants to best ensure everyone has lots of time to role play.
